Shipping
International. I ship worldwide with DHL or FedEx. You choose the carrier at checkout and see the shipping cost and delivery time before you pay. Duties and import taxes are already included in the price you pay on my site: there are no charges on delivery. DHL and FedEx delivery times depend on customs clearance in the destination country, and delays can happen.
Brazil. I ship throughout Brazil with Correios (PAC and SEDEX). Cost and delivery time are calculated in the cart from your postal code. Delays by Correios can happen.
Processing time. In-stock pieces ship within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces ship within 20 business days. The carrier's delivery time only starts once your order ships. 18K gold pieces are made to order, and the timeline is agreed with you directly. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Delays caused by the carrier or by customs are outside my control, but I will help you follow up on your order.
Returns and exchanges
By placing an order on this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Before sending any item back, please contact me at [email protected].
Cancellations. If your order has not shipped yet, I will cancel it and refund the payment to the original payment method. Just email me to request the cancellation.
Returns. To return a delivered order, contact me by email within 7 days of delivery, with your order number. For international orders, I will arrange the return shipment with you by email, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Once I receive the piece and confirm it is in perfect condition, I will refund the price of the items to the original payment method. Shipping costs and import taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges. Would you like a different piece? You can request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Email me with the piece you would like instead. You can exchange for a piece of the same or higher value, paying the difference. I do not issue partial refunds or store credit. Shipping for exchanges, both ways, is paid by the customer, and I will arrange the details with you by email.
Conditions. Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with tags and the warranty card.
Defective items. If you notice a defect, let me know within 30 days of delivery. I will replace it with the same piece. If it is out of stock, you can choose another piece of the same value or receive a full refund once the item is returned. In these cases, I cover all shipping costs and send the replacement with DHL or FedEx.
Every piece is handmade. Small differences in color, size or shape are part of the process, and colors on your screen may differ slightly from the actual piece.
Warranty and repairs
About the gold plating. My pieces are plated in 18K gold, with a 20-micron layer over sterling silver, one of the thickest layers used in plated jewelry. Even so, every plated piece shows natural wear over time, and this is not a defect.
Warranty. All pieces carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. During this period, repairs and shipping are free of charge. The warranty covers earrings with detached parts or posts, and changes in the gold plating such as darkening or spots, as long as the piece has been worn and cared for according to the care instructions on this site. It does not cover pieces broken or cracked by drops, or damaged by misuse or improper care.
If your piece is damaged after the warranty period, I will repair it and charge only the cost of the repair and shipping, which vary by region and type of repair.
Re-plating. Gold plating naturally wears with use. To restore the color and shine of your piece, I offer a re-plating service in 18K gold, with the same 20-micron layer. Price, shipping and turnaround are quoted individually: message me on WhatsApp or by email.
